EOS Table was founded by a duo of Puerto Rican dreamers who bet their destiny on making a new life in Iceland. In September 2023, after 9 months of the big jump the universe presented the opportunity and the chefs Rob Rodríguez and Zu Cruz created the DNA of EOS. Where conscious culinary creativity is combined with experience and passion in hospitality. Inspired by universal flavors, with dishes prepared with love and attention to detail. Offering a unique dining experience that supports local Farmers and Fishermans to celebrates the community's culinary heritage. A unique destination for food lovers.
